  I love this pho99. Although a chain restaurant, it's hot food that is reliable warm and tasty always. Service is super fast, almost as fast as fast food. It's nothing fancy but doesn't proclaim to be. A great place that we are regulars at.

  I read some pretty good reviews on this place before deciding to come. Apparently their spicy broth is very tasty (I didn't get to try it because I cannot eat spicy foods but my husband liked it.) I got their house special pho and while the broth itself was flavourful, it was very very oily and I felt very parched after the meal. There was a decent amount of beef but could have done with a tad more noodles.

  Large portions, ask for extra bowls to share. Tasty food. Friendly staff. No wonder it is usually packed. Must try the chicken wings - crispy and juicy. The marinated grilled pork was also a stand out.

  Best Pho restaurant in the lower mainland. The food comes out fast and always with consistent quality. Out of all the Pho restaurants they have by far the best value portion wise without sacrificing taste. I love their vermicelli dishes and their vietnamese buns. The staff is great and attentive.

  Actually 3.5 stars. Food is great - very tasty, flavourful pho, and their fried rolls and subs are also quite delicious.
  
  The service is complete ass. I'd rate this place 4.5 if it weren't for the dismal wait staff.
