  Horrible. Food was cold and pasta wasn't even cooked properly just bunch of penne with sauce everywhere. Service was even worse. Won't be back at this location

  I've been coming here since 2010 because it's a convenient location for my BF and myself, but I'm done here. The wait staff are usually very nice, but the food and drink is sub par almost all the time now.
  
  Last time I came, the pasta was so over cooked, if tell apart on my fork. My friends was the same. My BF had a draught beer and it was flat. He asked for another and it smelled and tasted like metal. Yuck.
  
  I always wondered why the waitresses change every few weeks. They're either overworked or they must get tired about the complaints.

  the pizza wasn't great the 'big dipper' had little meat that was dried out and portion sizes were proportional to standing at the side of the road at a food truck, but at least the food truck would have freshly cooked food. the price was outrages for what we ordered and received. prices go up while food and services go down, but then again what can we expect from a chain. Will not be coming back to this specific place and the chain isn't that great either.
