  Ordered the red bean slush and and it tasted like ice more than red bean. I did ask them to remake it and it tasted a lot better. Service is mediocre, majority of the waiters seem dead.

  Food is excellent and deserves 5 stars. However the service was 2.5 stars. They were Friendly but not attentive and were no where. This is a popular bubble tea place yet the server had no idea what pearls were made from. We wanted more napkins, couldn't hail her down at all. Never checking with us to see how things were.
  Will be back for the food!!!

  It's amazing! They have delicious Japanese style food, and a perfect menu of Bubble Tea! I loved it so much! There's so many ways to personalize your Bubble Tea and other orders. I highly recommend going there for delicious food and amazing dining! Especially if you want some exotic Japanese food!

  I do not know if they are under a new management that cause the declining of their service and food quality and quantity.
  
  I used to go there a lot and was all good.
  Lately, the experience here are terrible. They did not even bother to apologize when they made mistake on my orders and they have bad attitudes, they do not even smile, eye contact and or even simply say "thank you" to their customer.
  
  Will not be going back again.
