  Staff is always friendly, prices are always great. The meat/deli always has excellent quality and prices. The store is more than it seems, and is worth supporting.

  Just the right place to do your shopping and provide hope to recovering sons and daughters. . . Everyone is someone's son or daughter. . .they are not looking for a handout just a chance to be a member of society again!

  Such a great company. This is a supermarket that sells groceries, supplies and even furniture. What makes this place special is the amount of customer service that they live by. We bought pretty much all of the furniture that we needed since we moved here from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with Neil from the furniture department. Neil is unreal, in such a positive way! After we purchased all of our items, Neil called me and said that he apologized for making a mistake and that he needed to refund me as he overcharged me for one piece of furniture. I'm not talking about a $50 difference... I'm talking $500 dollars!!! (originally he thought the sectional we were interested in was $1399, but later found out it was $899!!!
  
  That's not even half of the story. PricePro delivers and assembles the furniture as well! The delivery guys (Anthony and Yuri) were stellar. Such customer service.... They assembled the kids beds and then noticed that the beds were SLIGHTLY too large for the rooms and the door wouldn't close. Anthony had a solution to return the beds (which he assembled) and then return on Monday with different ones that would work better. Note: these guys have been working off their feet and it was at the end of the day, but their customer service level was EPIC.
  
  I went back into the store to fix up the rest of the bill for the changes (which saved us $300 more dollars), and again they were second to none for customer service and overall experience. I wish I could be more eloquent when describing the level of customer service that they had and where they went above and beyond every single time.... I wish I could.
  
  Here is the best part of the story. Almost every single person working at PricePro, with the exception of one person per department, are working as volunteers as part of their rehabilitation program. The store is a not-for-profit store! All proceeds and profits go to the John Volken Academy, which is the rehabilitation centre that has saved every one of these volunteers lives! They are enrolled in the program for 2 years, which gives them help with their addictions as well as integrates them into the workforce. These guys and gals are working for free, with such exceptional customer service skills.... All with lovely smiles.
  
  Their facility apparently has an excellent basketball court, they are fed by a red seal chef, and even have the opportunity to further their education while enrolled.
  
  Hats off to this wonderful company and all of the people there. Hats off to John Volken!
  
  If anyone in Surrey needs furniture, they would be insane to go to The Brick or any other large furniture store. Those other stores don't care about you, and their products aren't always the best either. You will get a better price, better product, and MUCH better customer service, all while helping out to a great cause if you shop at PricePro!!
