  Customer service is fine
  Bakery/deli is fine - sandwiches are great there
  The overall quality has gone down in the last few years - I bought a Compliments (house brand) sour cream and it had mould in it. Second time I bought it, thinking it was a isolated incident and there was mould in the second one as well.
  
  Just last week, I bought Almond Milk December 2015 and it was expired from September. To make matters worse I call the manager there to inform him of this and when he offers to exchange it for me, I get to the Almond Milk section and even after our conversation there was still a box full of them left out for sale that all expired in September and we were at the end of December already! You would think after being informed of this that he would check out the item if there are anymore??!?

  To expensive, really a lack of North America food. Moved​ foods around store to often. Takes to long to find what you may be looking for. Alse to crowded short staffed most of the time and Senior staff over worked.

  Selection is always excellent and the staff are great. Prices are a bit higher than the "No frills type of store, but worth it.

  Convenient, local, friendly staff, a little pricier than some big grocery stores but not excessive.
