  separate flavour of my coffee. they serve wrong coffee as most of the time. this is one the busiest location and it took around 2 months to repair the grill (love tim hortons sausage egg wrap and ate without grilled for around 2 months, now its working fine though)
  Please install a chai tea latte machine in this location.
  Franchise owner take care of the employees and give proper training or else provide franchise to another owner who can maintain and upkeep the franchise with excellence

  Inside slow.... at the drive through you always have the impression it is about how fast they can process you.... they say the right words but with no sense of caring. Suggest they go visit the A&W next door.... who offer a whole new level of customer service. Food wise it is typical Tim Hortons.

  This place sucks.
  
  - ordered a meal/combo, gave me a sandwich. Went back to reorder, gave me the wrong drink.
  
  - charged me the price of ordering three individual things instead of the cheaper meal price, and when confronted, cashier just kept insisting that it is already in the system.
  
  - meal and drinks are for some reason given at opposite ends of the entire place? And even this is not consistent.
  
  - when telling me that they have run out of food, they simply go "yea we don't have that" and proceed to stare at me for the next 15 seconds in silence.
  
  Someone either enhance the training or build another branch nearby so at least there's some competition involved.

  Never expect your food to be good if you are at this Tim Hortons. Sandwiches are always messed up in the packing.
  Once gave me a Sausage Breakfast Biscuit without egg in it. When asked why, told me thats how sausage biscuits are. And I have worked at Tim Hortons for a year, I know what it is.
  They never greet the guests, let them wait in line while 10 of them are working behind the till. Only one person at the till most of the times.
  I'll suggest drive a bit more and go to a different Tim Hortons instead.
  The management needs to be changed. LOL. They are not training the staff properly.

  Wanted a steeped tea with honey on the side. Was told I could not get honey on the side. I said could you put some in a small cup? They would not do this for me because of a new policy. What kind of policy does not let you have what you have paid for? My order has been too sweet which is why I put it in myself. If it is too sweet, I'll return it and you will make me another one useing more tea and honey.
