  Staff are excellent, very friendly and conversational with customers. Lots of seating, and a very popular location, but they make the drinks quickly despite the constant flow of people.

  This is my main starbucks, they never mess up a drink - the staff get to know you by name and always go out of their way for you. The Manager is fantastic! Often I visit other locations and they either don't use soy, or add whip when I say no whip (im lactose). So this location deserves 5 stars, and more!
