  This is the best fast food experience I've ever had. The staff are unbelievably friendly, and go over and above to make this the best service possible. They opened the door for me when I arrived, brought the food to my table, they offered mints and wet wipes, and served refill coffee with a smile. And they cleared my table as I was writing this review! It's like they don't want to be known as fast food, but as a restaurant. Excellent experience.

  I always have excellent service at this A&W. The staff is fabulous! Today I was so surprised, I was having my birthday breakfast there and they surprised me with a nice warm apple pie and ice cream. It was awesome and made me feel so so special!! Thanks to all the staff!!

  I just had THE BEST customer service I've experienced, in this restaurant. Seriously, I told my wife we must be on camera or something! The staff was the friendliest EVER. This is an A&W, yet they bring the food to your table. We asked for mayonnaise and they brought us three packages... all with a smile on their faces. Believe me, when we ask for mayo in other places, it's as if they're giving their own blood away! They refilled our cokes, took pictures for us (it was my wife's birthday), and to top all this, they gave us a couple of coupons for the road, too. I live in Vancouver, but I'm driving over 40 km to this place tomorrow to have my breakfast!

  WOW! Fantastic service here. A+ to whoever manages this location. I will drive out of my way to come to this location every time. I always was a bit hesitant to go to A&W due to their prices, when compared to say Wendy's or McDonald's. But this store treats you like a dine in restaurant patron.

  We were just in there and the service was incredible. First time I have been to a fast food place where they actually went up and beyond to make your experience memorable. The food was served to us and it was hot! The guy that bought us our food even bought a colouring page and crayons for our son. The girl at the counter noticed my wife holding diaper bag and I was holding our son and she offered to bring out drink tray out for us. Thank you for wonderful service! To the manager. Kudos to your team for the hospitality and great customer service!
