  Best place nearby to get the necessities at a cheap rate. It's very big and has almost every commodity for everyday use. Also, children get free cookie there.

  Its busy often so parking sucks but the selections don't disappoint. I especially like their efforts to cater to the demographics in the community. Smart management. I use the self-checkout every time but I wish their bags were free.

  In my opinion, you get what you pay for... it is not nearly as beautiful, clean and clutter free inside like some of the leading competitors. Shelves are not kept stocked with either or both regular & sale items [more often then not the first couple of staff members you ask to go check the back for more stock will be to lazy to check and just say 'no' right away. I will continue to ask all the way up the chain of command to store manager until i feel that my needs were satisfied]. Some of the cashiers there are personable, and do a great job, there is one east Indian female manager who is FANTASTIC!! She is great giving 30% discounts to items that meet the criteria...for example, just a cpl days ago on the 21st, @ 9pm-2 hours before closing, every loaf of their Old Mill Bread expired on the 23rd...I told her my reasons that i felt paying full price for bread that is only good for one more full day was not right, so 30% off she gave me on each loaf, as well as $1.00 for a full bag (11) of lightly VERY LIGHTLY bruised...

  *This is a review for Click n' Collect*
  
  Tuesday, May, 30, I was late to pick my order up, I supposed to pick it up at 3-5pm but I was and the person that works at the Click n' Collect was gone home at 5pm. I believe she didn't tell the front desk person that someone would be coming in to pick up groceries.
  
  So once I arrived around 6:30pm, nobody was there. I asked a cashier if someone is working in 'Click n' Collect' and I waited 10-15 minutes; the cashier comes back and tells me that there is nobody that is working in Click n' Collect at the moment and there are no pickups to be picked up now.
  
  I was appalled, inside the Click n' Collect kiosk, I saw a black box with two bags with the stuff I ordered. I told them those are my groceries and I had proof with e-mail and I got charged $51 on VISA. But management told me that they are separate from the Click n' Collect service and they cannot see if the order has gone through or not OR cannot verify if paid or not.
  
  After that, the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager were helpful getting this thing sorted.
  
  The Assistant Manager took my groceries that was in the black box in the kiosk and rang me through the till where I paid. She reassured me that payment I made online will be reversed on the credit card I paid on. At that time I was glad I had my groceries in time.
  
  I occasionally shop at Superstore and this was the first time and last time ever using Click n' Collect. I will NEVER use this service again.
